2. Collection and storage of personal data and the nature, purpose and use thereof

When you access our temporary website www.wie-partner.de, information is automatically sent to the server of our website by the browser used on your end user device. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without your intervention and stored until automatic deletion (see § 2.4):

2.2

The aforementioned data are processed for the following purposes:

  • 2.2.1. Ensuring a smooth connection of the website,
  • 2.1.2. Ensuring a comfortable use of our website,
  • 2.1.3. Evaluation of system security and stability, and for other administrative purposes.


2.3.

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f Data protection Regulation (DSGVO). Our legitimate interest follows from the purposes of data collection listed above. In no case do we use the collected data for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person. As a rule, we cannot assign this data to specific persons. We do not combine this data with other data sources.

2.4.

The data is also deleted within 7 days after a statistical evaluation. Data whose further storage is required for evidentiary purposes is exempt from deletion until the respective incident has been finally clarified.

2.5.

Cookies are not used on this website.

3. Disclosure of data to third parties

3.1.

A transfer of the data collected according to § 2 data collected to third parties only takes place if there is a legal obligation for the transfer in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S.1 lit. c DSGVO.

3.2.

In other cases, personal data will not be disclosed to third parties.

4. Right to information

4.1.

You have the right to request information about your personal data processed by us (Art. 15 DSGVO). In particular, you can request information about the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data have been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right of complaint, the origin of your data if it has not been collected by us, as well as the existence of automated decision-making, including pro filing and, if applicable, meaningful information about its details.

4.2.

There is no right to information if the provision of the requested information would violate the duty of confidentiality pursuant to § 43 WPO or § 57 StBerG or if the information must be kept secret for other reasons, in particular due to a legitimate interest of a third party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, there may be an obligation to provide the information if your interests outweigh the interest in secrecy, in particular taking into account the threat of damage. The right to information is also excluded if the data is only stored because it may not be deleted due to legal or statutory retention periods or because it serves the purpose of data protection or data protection control, so that the provision of information would require a disproportionately high effort and the processing for other purposes is excluded by suitable technical and organisational measures.

5. Further data subject rights

You have the right to

5.1.

demand the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data stored by us without delay (Art. 16 DSGVO);

5.2.

demand the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for the fulfilment of a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims or the exercise of your tax rights and obligations to be looked after by us (Art. 17 DSGVO);

5.3.

demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data, insofar as the correctness of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful but you object to its deletion and we no longer require the data, but you need it for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims or you have objected to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 DSGVO (Art. 18 DSGVO);

5.4.

receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine readable format or to request that it be transferred to another controller (Art. 20 GDPR); and

5.5.

complain to a supervisory authority (Art. 77 DSGVO). As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or place of work or our registered office.

6. Right of objection

6.1.

If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data if there are grounds for doing so that arise from your particular situation or if the objection is directed against any direct marketing (Art. 21 DSGVO). In the latter case, you have a general right of objection, which will be implemented by us without specifying a son situation.

7. Data security

7.1.

We use appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or unauthorised access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
