My main area of practice is the support of corporate groups in the real estate sector and their tax structuring. As an auditor, I assist in the preparation of complex annual financial statements and consolidated financial statements as well as company valuations. Another focus is advising on corporate succession and inheritance tax planning. My claim is to solve complicated issues pragmatically and in a legally sound manner, taking into account the strategic planning goals of our clients.
